ITS are registered under the Construction Industry UTR scheme

All staff are supplied under ITS Terms of Business and REC code of Practice

Staff are supplied under a Contract for Services and are deemed to be under the supervision, direction and control of the client/hirer throughout the assignment

ITS are fully insured including with contingent/secondary cover for working with Asbestos to support primary cover held by the client/hirer

The Licensed Contractor is responsible for notifying the work to the enforcing authority (ASB5) and for the Health & Safety, Welfare and Management of all staff on site. Full responsibilities detailed in Terms of Business

Under the Terms of the HSE Labour Supply License, no staff supplied may be used in a supervisory or management function
